Yoga is a fantastic way to get your body back into shape, all while increasing flexibility and physical wellness. We have experienced teachers offering different styles of yoga from Hatha, Vinyasa (Flow), to Basics. Group classes or on-on-one classes are available based on your preference and availability.
We recommend all newcomers to first try our beginner or private sessions before participating in our more advanced classes as a way for our instructors to evaluate your level as well as to provide better evaluations for which practice and level is best fit for you.
