Group Training

Have you ever wanted to get into shape, but enjoy the dynamics of a group more?  We offer you a group training programs that may be perfect for you! Whether you prefer to organize a group of people that you already know or you like the idea of making new friends and joining a pre-established group, our trainers will come to location of your choosing and lead you in a personalized routine that is different and innovative each time. Sessions will put a focus on cardio, toning and strength training.

Group trainings are a great way to stay motivated, socialize, and get fit all at the same time.

Minimum requirements for group sessions are 3 people.
