Integrative Lifestyle Nutrition Coaching

A health coach is a cross between a fitness trainer, a nutrition consultant and food psychologist. In a relatively new area of health & wellbeing our nutrition specialist works with our Clients to achieve their individual health goals. Regular sessions together with help you to identify more healthful and sustainable dietary changes, explore food and related issues such as indigestion, cravings, TCM food therapy and seasonal eating. The goal is to help you improve your health and well-being through building an awareness of foods, directing your energies, recognizing unhealthy lifestyle aspects and making conscious decisions.

Our specialist will provide continuous support through our 3-6 month programs of holistic nutrition, including the food you eat and other “food” you use to feed your mind and body. You will learn how to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.

Integrative Lifestyle Nutrition Coaching program results are varied and include:

The 3 to 6 month program includes:

  • two 50-minute sessions per month
  • e-mail support between sessions
  • recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • access to health and nutrition event updates in Shanghai
